What we collect
When you submit an App Rescue request, we collect your name, email address, app or preview link, technology choices, app stage, blocker details and any supporting link you choose to provide. We also collect basic referral, campaign, browser and country information.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your request, reply to you, agree a scope, deliver the service if you proceed, protect the website from abuse and understand how people use the website.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiries for our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers and operating the service. If you proceed with an App Rescue Sprint, we also process information where necessary to enter into and perform our contract.
Services we use
We use Vercel to host the website, Supabase to store enquiries, and PostHog and Plausible to understand website usage. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and data-protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We normally retain enquiry information for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we need it for an active service, legal obligation or dispute.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
